RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation / Return or Exchange of Products

 

Order Cancellations:

An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an email on artibuzzhandicrafts@gmail.com or call us on our helpline number. We will issue store refund for orders that are successfully cancelled.

Requesting a Return:

You can place a return request if:

  • The Product you received is damaged.

  • The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.

  • The product you received is different from the image.

 

Exchange Products:

Before you exchange a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other.

 

How do I Return/Exchange a product?:

  • Email us at artibuzzhandicrafts@gmail.com with photographs of the product within 72 hours of receiving it.

  • After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.

 

About Refunds & Timelines:

  • For prepaid orders: Refund amount will be transferred to the original payment method

  • For COD orders: Refund would be made in the form of a coupon code / PayTM which will exclude the shipping cost. If you choose PayTM, then send us the PayTM number along with your request.

  • After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.

  • Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days.
